About the event
This workshop is a safe and supportive space exclusively for men to explore and heal from hidden trauma that often remains unspoken. Society's expectations can make it difficult for men to acknowledge their pain, leading to suppressed emotions and unresolved trauma. Designed to help men identify and process these deep-seated wounds they are forced to carry.
